Fill Missing Worksheet Data

If rows are accidentally deleted from a Shopify-linked worksheet, the Fill Missing Worksheet Data dialog lets you restore them. Mixtable compares your worksheet against your Shopify store data and adds back any rows that are no longer present, without touching the rows that are already there.

When to use this

Common situations where this helps:

• You accidentally deleted one or more rows and want to get that data back.
• A bulk delete was wider than intended and removed records you still need.
• You want to make sure your worksheet is complete and reflects everything currently in your Shopify store.

How to use it

1. Open the worksheet you want to restore data to.
2. Click the Worksheet menu in the toolbar.
3. Select Fill Missing Worksheet Data.
4. In the dialog that appears, click the Fill Missing Worksheet Data button to confirm.

Mixtable queues the repopulation in the background. You will see a confirmation message and can keep working in your spreadsheet while the restore runs. Once complete, any rows that were missing will reappear in the worksheet.

Note: This feature only works on worksheets that are linked to a Shopify data source. If the current worksheet does not sync with Shopify, the option to confirm will not be shown. Switch to a Shopify-linked worksheet and try again.

What this does not do

• It does not overwrite or revert changes you have made to existing rows. Only rows that are completely missing are restored.
• It does not undo edits to cells within rows that are still present.
