You can edit and sync order tags, order notes, order metafields, and editable shipping-address fields. You can also change the customer on an order with the Customer email column and mark orders as paid. Everything else, including financial status, fulfillment status, line items, refunds, transactions, payouts, and balance data, stays read-only.
Yes. Edit the Tags column directly, or use the bulk add and remove tag tools on a filtered set of order rows. Preview the affected rows, apply the tag changes as drafts, then sync when they are ready.
Yes. Add metafield columns from your store's definitions and edit the values like any other cell. This works well for gift messages, delivery instructions, internal notes, and custom data used by other apps.
Yes. Add Customer Email to the order worksheet and enter the email of an existing Shopify customer to assign or replace the customer. Clear the cell to remove the assignment, then review and sync the change.
Yes. Add the Mark order as paid column, enter true for the orders you want to update (fill or paste it down as needed), then review and sync to Shopify.
Yes, for orders Shopify allows to be deleted. Select the rows, choose the delete action, and confirm the warning. Deletion happens in Shopify and is permanent, so use it only for orders you are certain should be removed.
Yes. Keep orders, line items, refunds, refund line items, and transactions in their own worksheets, then export the full spreadsheet to Excel or the active worksheet to CSV. Payouts and balance transactions are a manual download, so download the latest from Shopify before you export.
