Edit Shopify prices in bulk

Change base, market, and B2B prices across thousands of products at once, all in a familiar spreadsheet. Apply percentage markups and discounts with a click or a formula, then review every change and sync to Shopify when ready.

Everything you need to price your Shopify catalog

Mixtable loads your Shopify prices into a spreadsheet that stays connected to your store. Edit like in Excel or Google Sheets, then push reviewed changes back to Shopify.

Base and compare-at prices

Edit base prices and compare-at (sale) prices side by side, for a single product or thousands of variants at once.

Formulas for any pricing rule

Apply percentage markups, discounts, target margins, and rounding with Excel-style formulas, then fill them down the whole column.

Bulk changes, no formula needed

Not a spreadsheet expert? Select a price column and raise or lower every price by a percentage or fixed amount in a couple of clicks.

Cost per item and margins

Update cost per item and add Net Sales, quantity sold, Gross Profit, or Gross Margin analytics beside variant prices before you choose what to reprice.

International market prices

Set prices and compare-at prices for each Shopify market, using fixed values or currency conversion formulas with rounding.

B2B and wholesale pricing

Manage wholesale and VIP price lists for your B2B catalogs in the same sheet, one column per catalog price list.

Change every price by a percentage in a few clicks

Not a spreadsheet expert? You do not need to be. Filter to the products you mean, pick a price column, choose an adjustment, and Mixtable updates every visible row for you. Preview the result first, so nothing changes until you say so.

  • Filter by Net Sales, quantity sold, or Gross Margin before adjusting prices
  • Multiply or divide a column to apply a new pricing rule at once
  • Round results to clean price points like .99 or whole dollars
  • Preview the first affected rows before you apply the change

Set Shopify market prices from one spreadsheet

Selling in more than one country? Each Shopify market can have its own price and compare-at price. Mixtable turns every market into a column, so you can see and update them together instead of clicking market by market.

  • Use one column per market for prices and compare-at prices
  • Set an exact price manually, or convert from your base currency with formulas and rounding rules
  • Copy a working pricing rule across markets, products, or variants
  • Keep every local price visible before you sync to Shopify
Set market prices

Wholesale and VIP pricing, in the same sheet

Keep retail, wholesale, and VIP prices in their own columns. Adjust each tier with formulas, see the impact on your margin, then sync your B2B catalog pricing to Shopify when it looks right.

  • Dedicated price and compare-at columns for each B2B price list
  • Build wholesale prices from cost with margin formulas, not manual math
  • Download the latest market and B2B prices from Shopify when they change outside Mixtable
  • Review B2B changes in the same preview as your retail prices
Manage B2B prices

Re-price thousands of products with one formula

Type a formula once, fill it down the column, and every price updates. Percentage markups, discounts, and target margins work exactly like they do in Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Raise a whole collection by 10 percent with =ROUND(C2*1.10,2)
  • Set a price from cost and a target margin with =ROUND(D2/(1-0.45),2)
  • Run seasonal markdowns, then roll them back from a single column
  • Reuse copy and paste, fill down, and find and replace across the whole sheet

Preview every price change before it goes live on Shopify

Mixtable never pushes price edits silently. Every base, compare-at, market, and B2B change stays a draft, highlighted in your sheet. Open the preview for your worksheet, check each pending value, then run Sync to Shopify.

Shopify bulk pricing questions

How do I bulk edit prices in Shopify?

Install the Mixtable Spreadsheet Editor from the Shopify App Store, open a pricing spreadsheet, and your products and variants load into a spreadsheet with their prices. Edit any price the way you would in Excel, then review the changes and run Sync to Shopify to push them to your store.

Can I bulk edit compare-at prices, not just base prices?

Yes. Base prices and compare-at (sale) prices each get their own column, so you can edit them together or on their own across as many products and variants as you need.

Can I increase or decrease all my prices by a percentage?

Yes, in two ways. You can write a formula like =ROUND(C2*1.10,2) and fill it down a column, or use the point-and-click bulk change tool to raise or lower a whole column by a percentage or fixed amount, with optional rounding.

Can I set up dynamic pricing for Shopify with formulas?

Yes. Use formulas to calculate proposed prices from cost, inventory levels, dates, or supported analytics fields, and the sheet recalculates as that data changes. Prices never change on their own though: you review the calculated values and run Sync to Shopify when you want them live.

Do I need to know spreadsheet formulas to change prices?

No. Formulas are there if you want them, but you can also edit prices cell by cell or use the bulk change tool to adjust an entire column at once, with no formula required.

Can I run a sale across many products at once?

Yes. Drop your sale prices into the price column and move the old prices into the compare-at column to show the discount, across as many products as you like. When the sale ends, roll the changes back the same way.

Does it support international and market prices?

Yes. You can set prices and compare-at prices per Shopify market, using fixed values or currency conversion formulas with rounding, all from the same spreadsheet.

Can I update cost per item and B2B price lists?

Yes. You can update cost per item where Shopify supports it, compute prices from cost to protect your margins, and manage B2B price list and catalog pricing for companies and locations.

Will my price changes go live immediately?

No. Edits are held as pending changes and highlighted in the sheet. You review them and then run Sync to Shopify when you are ready, so nothing goes live by accident. You can also use cell and row history to see what changed, so you can always look back at earlier prices.
