Customer edits stay as highlighted drafts in your worksheet. Open the preview, check each pending value, then run Sync to Shopify. Deletes are the one exception. They skip the preview: Mixtable lists the customers you selected, asks you to confirm twice, and then deletes them in Shopify right away, permanently.

Yes. The bulk tag tools add one or more tags to every visible row, or remove specific tags without touching the rest. Filter the worksheet first, preview the affected rows, and the changes stay drafts until you sync.
Yes. On your customers worksheet, open Import & Export > Import CSV file, drop in a CSV, map its columns to Shopify fields, and match existing customers by email or ID. You can update existing customers, add new ones, or both in one import, with a preview and duplicate warnings first.

Once you confirm, Mixtable asks Shopify to delete them straight away, and that cannot be undone. Shopify itself only deletes customers who have no orders.
It is a spreadsheet CRM view, not a full CRM platform. You get every customer in a row, purchase data beside contact details, tags and segments, and imports and exports. Pipelines, outreach, and ticketing belong to dedicated CRM tools.
