How do I bulk edit translations in Shopify?

Install the Mixtable Spreadsheet Editor from the Shopify App Store, open a worksheet for a supported object like products, and add a translation column for the field and language you want. Edit the translated values like any other cells, then review your changes and run Sync to Shopify.

Which languages can I translate into?

Any language your store has configured in Shopify under Settings and Languages. Unpublished languages can receive translations, but customers only see them once the language is published in Shopify.

Which Shopify content can I translate with Mixtable?

Why do I need to download translations manually?

Shopify does not notify Mixtable when translations change in the admin or another app, so your worksheet could go stale. The Download button pulls the current values on demand, and you can reload languages when your store's locales change.

Yes, where Shopify supports market-specific translations, like titles and descriptions, you can scope a translation column to one market or keep it store-wide. Language-level fields such as handles stay per language.
