Load the products of a single vendor into a worksheet

Mixtable allows you to do this by setting up a Conditional Worksheet for your Shopify products, with a matching condition on the vendor field of your products. In a Conditional Worksheet Mixtable will only load data that matches the criteria you’ve set up. Also, if a new object is added in Shopify (e.g., a new product), then that object will only load in the Conditional Worksheet if it matches the criteria you’ve given.

If a product later stops matching the vendor condition, its row may become empty. To clean up those empty rows, click the Worksheet menu and select Remove Empty Rows.

To create a Conditional Worksheet that shows only the products for a single vendor follow these steps:

1. Click the + at the end of the worksheet tabs to add a new worksheet, or choose Worksheet > Add worksheet… from the menu bar
2. Choose Shopify data worksheet, then click Continue
3. Select the data you’d like to load in your worksheet. In this case, Products (no variants)
4. On the Choose your columns step, keep the suggested columns or pick your own, then click Continue
5. On the Which rows should we load? step, choose Only rows that match rules instead of Load everything
6. Click Add condition. Choose the Vendor field and the Equals comparison, then pick the vendor’s name from the list. For example, in the video below, we load only products that have “aliexpress” as the vendor
7. Click Create Worksheet

To switch to a different vendor later, open the worksheet and choose Worksheet > Change which rows appear… from the menu bar. For filters that combine several conditions, see set up a Conditional Worksheet.
