Load the products of a single vendor into a worksheet

Mixtable allows you to do this by adding a Sync Filter to your Shopify-linked worksheet, and this filter being on the vendor field of your products. If a worksheet has a Sync Filter set up, then Mixtable will only load data that matches the criteria you’ve set out in the filter. Also, if a new object is added in Shopify (e.g., a new product), then that object will only load in the worksheet if it matches the Sync Filter criteria.

To create a worksheet that shows only the products for a single vendor follow these steps:

1. Click the + button in the workbook tab strip to add a new worksheet
2. Select the data you’d like to load in your worksheet. E.g., Products
3. You’ll now be prompted to choose whether you want all data to be loaded in the worksheet, or only the objects that match certain filter criteria. Select the second option.
4. You’ll now see an interface that allows you to Add a filter condition. Select the vendor field, and then specify whether you want to match the name exactly, or partially. For example, in the video below, we load only products that have “aliexpress” as the vendor.
