You can filter your Shopify products and variants in Mixtable by metafield values. This lets you work with just the products that match specific criteria—like showing only summer products, or variants assigned to a particular warehouse.

Note: In a variants worksheet, you can filter by both variant metafields and product metafields. If you have the same metafield name on both, you’ll see multiple options in the list—choose the one that matches what you want to filter.

My metafield isn’t showing as a filter option
Make sure the metafield definition exists in Shopify (check Settings → Custom data), then try again.
Not all metafield types appear
Conditional Worksheets support common single-value metafield types like text, number, date, and boolean. Other types may not be available for filtering.
