Shopify Refunds for the Last 30 days

With Mixtable Analytics, you can effortlessly track the total amount of money refunded for the last 30 rolling days in an online spreadsheet, updated in real-time. This dynamic analytics feature automatically recalculates your refund data every day, ensuring the numbers reflect the most recent 30-day period. As the time frame adjusts daily, you’ll always have up-to-date insights into your refunds.

How to add the Last 30 days of refunds data to your worksheet

If you have already created a Mixtable workbook for your Shopify store, you can quickly add refund data for the last 30 days to a column in a worksheet.

Note: The worksheet needs to show product or collection information, e.g., Products (with variants), Products (without variants), or Collections. Here you can learn how to add a new worksheet to a Mixtable workbook.

Here’s how to get started:

To load new Shopify data, start by selecting an empty column — any column with a non-green header (green headers mean the column is already linked to Shopify data). Then, click the ⚡️ button in the column header to open the selection window to choose the data you want to pull in.

Add Shopify data to a spreadsheet

  • From the Shopify Sync Settings window, choose Analytics
  • Then, select the metric, Total Refund Amount.
  • From the section Select the time period for which to calculate the metric, select Dynamic date range.
  • Here, choose Last 30 days. This option calculates data for a rolling time period in the past, dynamically updating each day. Sales figures are recalculated daily to reflect the most recent 30-day period as the date range shifts forward.
